AlertPay Sleeping or Enjoy Holidays?

I signed up with AlertPay. For verification of my account, I uploaded all my documents on 12-July-2009.

But till yet my account is unverified.

I submitted a ticket on 27 July 2009, but no response. Then I updated my ticket on 10-August-2009 & still no response, and status of ticket is still open. I am tired on this long long waiting.

Then I called AlertPay. I was on number 3. I waited for some time & then I was the 1st one on hold. But after that, I waited about 20minutes but still its asking that I am 1st one on hold.

After 1-2 days, I tried again & same situation.

Please let me know, if you are also facing this problem or not.

I suggest you to use paypal.
Because i am not using alertpay.
My experience with paypal is good..
I was not call them for support(i didnt have any problem)

 

If I have paypal then why to go with AlertPay

Paypal is not available in my country.

 

You can inform Alertpay about your query. you can use paypal bcs this has been used widely but it's charge is little bit higher than any other money exchanger.

 

How to inform Alertpay.

Not replying to ticket, not receiving phone call.

& As I said, paypal is not available in my country.

Normally they answer the phones as far of my expirience... but maybe you are right and they are on Holidays

Also, I called them in opening hours but no response.

I called them again, recorded message told me.
Your expected connected time will be 18minutes. but I waited for 30minutes no response
