Alertpay refused my bank transfer request?

    Hello all,

    Well I have like £20.00 in my alertpay account and for some reason it just declined it after 3 days, do you guys know anything about this and why they did this?

    You were having that much money in your account right? After that what happened? It simply got vanished or what? If that's the case, then it would be an error from their part. I didn't face any problems with my Alertpay account so far. Anyways, you should be contacting support, to sort out this problem.

    where are you from and what they have given the reason for this? You better contact to the support team.

    The balance bounced back into my account, but I don't want to transfer it again, until I get confirmation from them why this has happened, I was just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

    And I am from England.

    I would call your bank first and see what they say about that transfer. They might know more about it then Alertpay.
