Hey guys, Now we all know paypal is a bastard when it comes to non verified accounts. Like receiving $100 and limiting your account instantly for more verification details. How is alertpay with unverified accounts? I've confirmed my bank and CC on there so would they be as strict? Usually verifying account is the bank process but here on alertpay it's submitting ID etc I can do this anyhow but i was just wondering as they keep denying my docs for being unclear (i don't have a scanner ) lol
