    Bank transfers normally take 2-6 business days to clear depending on where in the world you are. If you have still have not received your funds after that time then we will be happy to assist you.

    I have a feature request to AlertPay. If my account is in USD balance even then the account charge Euro to my card to verify. Please charge USD for USD balance account.

    Hi! When I try to add my credit card I am constantly getting this message - "Billing address invalid"!!! But I put all the information properly! I am using the same billing address for both Alertpay and my credit card. Please provide me a solution asap!

    I have requested check withdrawal before 2 month but still now i didn't received my check in hand. So, i decided to cancel my check and sent support ticket to banking department but nothing happened. What should i do now?

    i have requested a PrePaid card load on 4th july,after few hours i got a mail from AP about Ap pre paid cards.Do you can complete the card load till 7th july?

    AP debit card is being replaced?? first by temp card then by another different one??

    What is happening with that, are the funds now trapped on AP account and can't be withdrawn?

    Sounds strange, why the temp card, then another? - why not just keep with this one and then move straight to the next full time card?

    Ok,my card load got completed.
    It was 113$ on my card,but i got only 90$ from the ATM.The rest of the money are missing....alertpay is my nightmare....

    You can set your preferred currency in you account by going to your profile and selecting "currencies" and opening a balance in the desired currency, then adjusting your setting under "payment preferences".

    You're can still load your card until July 7th. After that we will be letting people exhaust their balance and we will begin the final phase leading up to the release of the official AlertPay PrePaid Card.

    is there any limit on the amount of money that can be received or withdrawn using an Indian AlertPay account?

    also how long does it take to receive money in Indian bank after initiating withdrawal?

    am thinking of switching to AlertPay from PayPal, but AP doesnt have local bank withdrawal!
