    Thanks for this thread,But Chris Alertpay's customer support is not enough good i like Alertpay than any other payment processor.But they take very very long time to reply Dispute tickets.

    Hello Chrisz,
    I have a dishonest buyer he had taken products then filed chargebacks from his credit card issuer for reason "product is not same as advertised". Now I'm asking if he is not satisfied then please return the items to me. I've sent 2 emails to AlertPay support center but still no reply so far. Can you help me to resolve it quicker ?

    Why can't we upload funds from credit cards? All the other major payment processors allow this, why not alertpay?

    i just switched from another payment processor, and I started using alertpay, I created my merchant account, BUT, I need to know more about the shopping cart integration that you provide....

    At this time we don't support withdrawal to pp or vice-versa. We do support a limited number of verified exchangers, which you can see in your account when you select "Withdraw" --> under "info" you will find our list of verified exchangers.

    We do our best to provide customer support as quickly and in as many places as possible. We normally respond to a ticket within 2 business days (48 hours). Sometimes things like Transaction disputes may take a little longer as we need to wait for responses from all parties involved. In the cases of certain merchants with high volumes of disputes against them this can further delay the process. We always do try to resolve disputes as quickly as possible, and apologise for any delays.

    At the moment we do not have any plans to change our verification methods. If you would like to verify your account there are always options available to you. If you are an International member then you also have the option of Bank Transfer/Bank Wire, or the combination of phone verification and Check withdrawal. Completing one of these other methods of validation will successfully verify your AlertPay account.

    I initiated a Wire Transfer on 16th may via my Alertpay account, I haven't received the money in my bank yet..I have a created a support ticket on Alertpay site but I have received no response..

    Does Alertpay ever reply to support tickets? this is the second time, my wire transfer is delayed. I am in urgent need of funds

    I've already asked for this but did not receive a response.
    Is there any signs when the credit card withdraw could be back in function? - I need to withdraw my money but wire transfer fee is too big for me when I add bank charges and unknown charges. Withdraw via Check also not good for me because waiting until it comes to me and waiting until the bank check and confirm it takes more than month.

    Is AlertPay doesnt want to Mess with Fadi ?

    Any Internal Dispute ?

    Better if AP can clear its stands else FADI may be looting many like me , in the name of AP !!!!
