    Below is the email I got.
    I filed an unatuhorized transaction.
    They asked me for some personal details and after my reply I got the following email
    I havent provided any false info to the alertpay and now my account is restricted with $240 in...

    I need your co-operation to resolve this and tell me why my account got restricted..
    I just got to know that my PC was infected with a Remote Administration Tool (RAT), after installing Anti Virus Software today, and i think this was the cause of that unauthorized transaction by my account..

    Well it is not really their fault.

    1.1 Warranties
    You represent and warrant that all of the following are true of you and your affiliates from your entry into this Agreement until the termination of your Account:
    If you are an entity other than an individual, you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations represented within it.

    If you are an individual, then you are at least 18 years of age and do not require the consent, approbation or approval of any other person or entity to conclude a contractual obligation of the type represented in this Agreement.

    Read their TOS before you sign up to these things.

    The reason we cannot support India is because the RBI has blocked outside companies from issuing cards inside India.

    The transaction you have mentioned was completed from a location that you have previously authorized payments from or a location from which you regularly access your account. As a result, we are unable to assist you in recovering these funds.

    That being said, you can contact our account security team in 180 days for reassessment.

    Our resolution team has already advised you of the outcome. Keep in mind that the User Agreement set is in place for a reason. Unfortunately you have violated our User Agreement by using an unauthorized exchanger.

    Well I just told you of that I was infected with a remote administration tool,
    so it is obvious that my account was accessed with my IP address but it was unauthorized access.....

    So it is none of my fact and that claim was ofcourse a true one..
    Please reconsider it.

    Please EXPLAIN US/ME , i have read about Credit Card Withdrawn its temporary unavailable.

    But i got this error on Check withdrawn to.

    So my only option its bank transfer. With $15 fee , i don't think so. Calculate $15 fee on USD $29. :mad:

    I under-stain about the card withdrawals problem , but why check withdrawals are temporarily unavailable to.

    We have been looking into reinstating such a service but in the meantime this is not an option we currently provide. Once we anticipate the release of such service, we will defiantly be posting an article on the matter.
