    Yea,its true.
Ap scam peoples on all the ways.
I have purchased the AP prepaid card before few months, they charged my account with 20$.After 2 months my card got cancelled, and i didnt received a new card, because my countrie is not supported.
The card should works 2 years, but it was only 2 months and they didnt refunded any money.
do you can imagine, how many peoples are in the same situation?
This is only 1 example of their bussines practice.

idk about scam but this company will soon end. they do not have any official exchangers , they do not have funds uploading facility except wire and WU. why will i use alertpay when others are giving me more facilities to upload funds. 3 major cc don't support them and its a dead end.

Dont want to be too Harsh on you guys, but please proceed my disputes and refund me my total money of $2500, I waited so long to get the money to my AP acc by selling my website and I end up getting scammed.
Why is it taking so long even I have provided so many proofs yet I bet the other party in question wouldnt have given you any proof or even a reply.

Ticket for dispute contact is Ticket ID: DZE-446668

Also, Thanks about account verification. I got it verified over phone support as docs were accepted by the customer adviser forgot to mark it as verified

I got scammed as I was not provided the purchased service
I filed the dispute as follows:
Ticket ID [#KNE-401821]: Services Not Provided.... Scam‏

    The email I received stated:

"To the member who filed this dispute: If the seller fails to respond to this ticket within 5 business days, it is your responsibility to reply to this ticket to let us know whether or not you have resolved your dispute. If you do not respond within ten (10) business days, we will assume that you have resolved the issue with the seller and we will close this dispute.
    Thank you for your understanding"

So the seller made no contact at all with me neither did he replied to my emails
So it was my duty as per your email to inform you after 5 days that seller is not co-operating.
So i replied with the following:

    TIcket ID: [#SFN-999594]

BUt have received no response yet from AlertPay.
I hope that I get my money back soon!
    Thanks

    Hello Marhahajcs,

If you already registered for the card in the passed, you will automatically become eligible for the new card when it comes out. Keep in mind though that if your country is not supported you will unfortunately not be able to order the card until we are able to support your country. If you have not been issued a refund for your passed card, and your country is currently not supported, i suggest you send us a support ticket requesting a refund.

    Hi happy_s,

Wanted to share this with you in case you had not heard. AlertPay recognizes a few exchangers who proved their reliability during a stringent review process. You can find this list of exchangers by doing the following:

    1) Login to your AlertPay account and click on "Withdraw".
    2) On the right hand side you will see: "Withdraw funds through an AlertPay-recognized exchanger"
    3) Click on the word "exchanger"

    Have a good day,

    Tanya

Eh Tarik, I might have to take my words back about the good and nice support, you guys just close a ticket after a reply huh ?

    Well just WTH ?
Its nice of you to justify it in my favor but just FYI I notified the support via mail and over phone 2 days back itself that to place hold on those funds from his account as he was trying to redistribute those funds and even exchange them.

This isnt fair at all guys and I feel like now being cheated.

Why dont you just do it like Paypal ? They are so good against disputes.

Check the date when I sent him those funds, see his transaction history and all payments he has sent to distribute those funds. Just reverse all those payments back to his account and refund me my $1000 today please

Am I just wasting my time here Tarik ?

You are saying that his acc dont have any money ? WTH so my funds disappeared in thin air ? Ofcourse he would have distributed it somewhere, just reverse that whole chain of transactions and get me back my money today itself.

I am done with this kind of support, AP and support seemed really nice at start but let me say my state of heart, I am really disappointed in AP and now I really feel those negative comments I rea on your threads in public forum.

Furthermore, before saying this kind of reversal isnt possible, I know its possible coz thats what most payment processors do to refund their fair clients and thats what some of your members told me aswell as it was how they were also refunded.

I am expecting my total refund for this case of $1000 USD today itself.

    THANKS

Finally got one of my disputes solved and got refunded $1k that a scammer scammed :) Thanks Alertpay team. Now waiting for my second dispute so can get my rest $1500 back as well that were scammed from me.

Also, Tarik, I got my bankwire withdraw marked as completed in my account today but the money still doesnt reflect in my bank.

Will the money reflect tomorrow as it was already night in my country and banks dont work at night ?

Also, I got a hold of erachanger from AP official exchangers but I feel like being scammed again.

I exchanged AP to LR, the first day they replied to my contact mail. They were supposed to do my exchange in 2-4 days but since than it has been 6 days yet exchange hasnt been done and they no longer reply any of my mails, already contacted them twice.

My AP id is and orderid with erachanger.com is C2828_120107

Can you please try to resolve my questions ?

    Thanks

    Wow Alertpay just brilliant ^_^

You proved to be a real cheap and bad payment processor, good going, you finally proved me you guys are just cheaters, eat people's money and aid scammers.

You guys very well scammed me and cheated me for that $1500 scam, saying you took care of that scammer AP acc but cannot refund ? The fuck ?

Just lame excuse, you once back aswell refunded me by reversing all his chain of payments and gave me my refund and now say its not possible ? Whom are you fooling, you either gave that scammer my $1500 or ate those $1500 I hardearned myself by selling my website yourself.

Every day just replying once with same copy of reply and wasting time day by day dammit.

I havnt seen such a worst payment processor in my life, both my tickets are getting same copy of reply each day since last 3 days There are no funds available in the seller's account for us to issue any refunds at this time. We have attempted a recovery of funds, however out attempts have been unsuccessful.

Just reverse his chain of payments and get me back my money, coz if you dont, I dont happen to like being scammed and as such I will break my deal with the guy whom I sold my site and take back all my domains back to my account.

What happens with him or his $2500 aint my matter aswell, he might as well open disputes and ask for payment reverses and fuck. Deal with him yourself if I dont get a refund in next 48 hours as I feel Alertpay is a good place to scam so I aswell make some $1500 back by doing such thing as you people really like to motivate your clients to do so and thats why they do so.
