    From what you have told me, it would seem that your will have access to your account again, as our security department have approved your verification documents. Unfortunately, we receive many support tickets and our security department may have a back log, hence the delay in responding to your ticket. I ask for your patience until they can reply.

    Personal Starter accounts cannot receive credit card payments, and if/when you upgrade to a Personal Pro or business account, you will have the ability to choose whether you want to receive payments via credit cards. You can also choose to accept payments from verified members only.

    Hi siyamarasel,

    Anyone you are making a payment to, will need to have an AlertPay account. When a transaction has been successful, both the sender and the receiver will get a confirmation email. Also you will be able to see your transactions in your 'Mass pay History'. To access and view your Mass Pay history:

    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on "Send Money".
    3. Click on "Mass Pay".
    4. Click on the "View previous mass payments" link below the "Mass Pay List"
    box in the "Mass Pay" screen.

    I would like to know, maybe after i get my account back, how to make my account receive from verified members and non credit card payments, cos that's what got me in trouble in the first place. And my account is Personal Pro not Starter Pro, sorry. Do Alertpay team work and reply to tickets on weekends?

    well mate i have mine alertpay acc and me have before transfered money to bank but now it is asking for verification of bank transfer how to do it reply me soon

    as of tell me how can i cashout mine own money to mine bank acc without verification ... cause ur verification says i need to deposit 50 $ in alertpay us bank acc and then they will verify it which cant be done and mine bank does not send money out of india cause it has big verification i need to do 1st and it has much more fees to send money out of india ... i cant do bank verification or cant remit our of india to verify mine alertpay acc ... any other process i can verify mine alertpay acc as of i have seen that only american express cc excepted by alertpay now to verify alertpay acc which i dont know ...

    so now whats the last option i have to verify mine alertpay cause me urgently need to cashout mine own money to mine bank acc .... im and indian

    No we don't work on weekends. You can update your payment preferences by following these steps;

    1. Login to your AlertPay account.
    2. Click on "Profile".
    3. Under “Financial”, click on "Payment Preferences".
    4. Make your selections and click on "Save Settings".

    Right now the worse just happen and its not cool....even after i submitted my documents and it was approved, alertpay still refuses to leave my account, saying that..

    We respectfully ask that you seek another payment processor for your online business due to a breach in our User Agreement and the risks associated with the transactions we facilitate on your behalf, unfortunately at this time we have decided to discontinue our business relationship with you.

    Now i know why people call alertpay scam sit....and from today, i will post on every forum, telling people to stay away from this scam people....

    Its been almost 10 days since the withdrawal request got completed, but, still I haven't received money into my Indian Overseas Bank account.

    I also confirmed with the bank regarding the bank wire, and the manager of my bank branch has confirmed that the bank( Indian Overseas Bank) still haven't got any such bank wire request to process and credit it to my account.
    So, please kindly have a look into this matter, and tell me what is the problem.....why still I haven't received money in my bank account.

    WILL I EVER RECEIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY?????

    Already sent a support ticket, and the Ticket ID is PRP-315677

    I've a unverified personal starter account in Alertpay (from India) . I need to withdraw funds from my account .

    What are the available options ? Bank Wire and Check ? Bank wire fees is 15$ while check withdrawal is free ?

    Got this response from alertpay customer support.....
    The only thing which I don't understand is when I clearly mentioned in the support ticket I submitted that I had already contacted my bank about the bank wire status then why I am asked again to contact my bank to check its status:confused:
    This is the ticket I submitted
    Now, any suggestion or solution to my problem, or I should believe that I have lost my hard earned money permanently........:(:mad:
    Any answer to this question, where my money is??

    Also, is there any way to reply to an existing ticket on alertpay or I have to create new support ticket everytime to reply to a ticket??

Also, if the email you received from AlertPay is an automatic email, please do not reply to these. If your receive an email from one of our team members, you can reply to these and do not need to create a new support ticket. I you receivce an automatic email, it will state "please do not reply to this email."

    Unfortunately the only withdrawal method available in India at the moment is via Bank Wire. Check withdrawal is currently not supported in India. Before you initiate an Bank Wire withdrawal, you will need to verify you account.

    When you say NetBanking, if you mean Localized banking or are talking about Banking Transfers then unfortunately not. Localized banking is not available for members with banks in India.

    can you tell me the exact rates that they are for usa,

    like how much will be to receive money for online gateway,and then transfer to usa bank account and how long it takes.

    ,and do you take payments international? or just from canada and usa?

    from 31 st October my a/c is temporary hold
    No body cares
    only many many e-mail exchanges so far - result nil till now

    If a simple thing can not be resolved after 28 days where your security team replied me that documents are approved then I must say alertpay support is pathetic .
    Paypal is way way way better than this
    at least they solve the problem within 36 hrs .

    So I not recommend alertpay to anyone spl for Indian people .

    I'm from morocco and i have a problem regarding the verification, cuz my card & bank account got restrictions, from authorities which refuse transfering foreign currency to some websites including e-wallets..
    Is it possible to verify the account with just documents? ID, passport, billing adress...??
