Temporarily for how long ? few days or few weeks ?

We have temporarily disabled PrePaid Card withdrawals. We are currently transitioning to a new processor and have discontinued new withdrawals until the transition is complete.

1st we'll receive temp cards (but they won't get activated for an unknown time) than actual cards. they might send a ring with cards and send us to a journey to destroy the ring, anything is possible.

    Hi Chris,

When will AlertPay start accepting adult content sites again? I have applied a few times over the course of at least a year and am always told that the offering to adult sites is temporarily on hold while you work with your merchant accounts to renegotiate things or something along those lines. I have a few sites I would like to start charging member access for but can't find a decent processor that will easily integrate with my scripts and would love to finally be able to use AlertPay to handle my transactions. Any information on when you might be accepting adult content sites again?

Can Alertpay actually give a specific time scale and more details of what are going on with the cards.

I see a lot of comments regarding alertpay and this debit card fiasco, almost like epassporte. There are many threads about this on several forums now with people saying all kinds of things.

Can alertpay actually give some specific details, since now i am becoming nervous too and will be switching back to paypal if there is not a precise time scale given soon. Why were the perfectly good mastercards withdrawn?? and why were the new cards not rolled out before the mastercard ones were stopped??

Why these 'inbetween' cards?? what is actually going on? Epassporte is still fresh in the minds of plenty of folks and the cards being withdrawn/frozen were the first signs of serious problems.

I've also received and I believe its legit. They might be a different department or the bank they made the arrangements that doesn't have access to user information.

wait for alertpay to confirm here first , although probably they will take ages since this support thread does not exactly get much attention from them.

    Hi @a7madov, want2makecash & all,

That email address does not come from AlertPay. We would appreciate if you could forward it to so that we can look into it.

I've received this e-mail to an address that I only use for alertpay. my name isn't on the address or anywhere related to this e-mail. But it had my name on it. And it was coming from an alertpay.com domain.

Can you actually comment on the debit card questions that have been asked in this thread? People like myself are concerned at the lack of information regarding this. Why have the old cards been stopped and when exactly will the new cards be there to replace them? There seems no clear answer to this as yet and also the questions in this thread just seem to be ignored?

If the cards are to be finished with and not continued please let us know so that i can make alternative payout arrangements?

When will the replacement cards be with us and ready to use? a date would be useful.

My website was recently approved to accept credit card payments but I notice that there is a 10 day hold before the funds are posted to my account but it says after some time and further review, this may be lowered to a shorter hold or no hold at all. Can you provide more info about the requirements or guidelines that are used to determine the hold period for credit card payments? Should I ask in 3 or 6 months if this number can be lowered? Will the decision be based on refunds, chargebacks, or something else? Would having a good credit score help?
