AlertPay, Moneybookers, PayPay... your experiences?

Hi all... the last couple of days I've been researching for PayPal alternatives, in the country I live in I can only send money through PayPal, but not receive :(

I've come down to three options and I'd greatly appreciate your comments/experiences on this:
    1. AlertPay.com
    2. MoneyBookers.com - I've created an account here, but I cannot see any option for me to create a 'Buy now' button, is this at all possible here?
    3. PayPay.com - Anyone has used this before? It seems too good to be legit.

    Many thanks!

I've used alertpay more then a year ago and it was good but I am not in a position to give you satisfactory answer.

I am currently using moneybookers and they are absolutely awesome and you should keep on using them. Reason why you can't create a buy now button is that you are signed up for a personal account and to create "buy now" buttons you must have a business account.

Thanks Disguised... I thought it was something of the sort with Moneybookers. Is there a way an account can be switched once created?

I'll contact their support to see what they say anyway.

I didn't find the answer whether you can upgrade your account from Personal to Business so you must call them regarding this.

Here is some info about Merchant accounts:

    Hope that helps.

Why seems PayPay to good to be legit? PayPay is 100% legit and has a good service. I only use from time to time. But what you think about Bidpay? You had a look at it?

I've read forums posts and reviews about PayPay which makes it sound a bit shady; although no-one gives solid evidence on any wrong-doing, hence my asking here for your experiences. It seems to good to be true cause it offers all services I'm looking for at good transaction fee rates :) I'll check it out further.

Haven't given BidPay a closer look yet - isn't it just for auction type sites?

Paypal is the most popular and widely used payment processor, I would love to use paypal as often as possible but mine is a send only account. Moneybookers is an excellent alternative for those who cannot recieve money from paypal.
