First you need to upload your funds in Alertpay. Direct Bank account is not possible.

Log on to your account & goto option "Upload/Add Funds"

    Hi

    As I said.

Log on to your AlertPay account.
Under Home Tab, you will see "Deposit", move your mouse on Deposit & you will have 2 options

Electronic Funds (1. Bank Wire, 2. Bank Transfer)
Mail (1. Money Order, 2. Check)

Choose what is easier for you. I believe Bank Transfer is not available in Pakistan. you will have to choose any of three remaining options

    Regards
