    AlertPay is Transitioning to Payza.com.

They claim to be adding more of the following:

    Smartphone & mobile phone friendly
    More countries and additional currencies
Global bank wire loaded to your e-wallet in more currencies
    Enhanced customer support

It looks like it won't change much for AlertPay users except a new URL. What do you think, will this make them more competitive and be closer to PayPal's services?

I don't think that would be much difference.

I for one , am looking up to them.

I know they are years away from providing the level of services and security as Paypal does , but really hope it does change for good and stop sucking like it used to.

Really looking forward to CC/MC and bank activation's and so praised "enhanced customer support".

I was actually thinking about taking all my money out of AlertPay and let them die their slow death. But now I'll observe the situation, because I like AP more than Paypal. Using Paypal always feels like a risk to me. Anyway, I hope they get something positive out of the transition. As you said, more countries is certainly a good thing, making an alternative to Paypal available to more people.
