Why are you asking Alertpay telephone number here ?! Their phone number is right on their website AlertPay (Montreal, Canada): (514)748-5774 https://www.alertpay.com/info/ContactUs.aspx
Are you logging in from the Log in form on the Home Page, I have never been able to get that to work. I have to go to the deignated log in page.
Well i don't think that such a big company may fraud for 250$, really you got any other problem, just call them up. Best of luck!!!
Hope they dont take your money .. talk about big companies paypal has robbed me before so its not like they wont do it
I am very sure AlertPay has nothing to do with this situation and again, I am very sure you are a victim of phising and someone got your AlertPay password! Did you received any emails from "AlertPay" saying to login and update your password, email, credit card, etc? ...if Yes, someone just stole your AlertPay account and is using to who knows what. Try to contact AlertPay, they will solve this problem! Good luck! Robert P.S. No one else can help on this forum if you reply to spoof emails!
This is quite surprising news to me. AlertPay is regulated, and reputatable. But your warning pops the bells I will stick to transaction through Moneybookers until this is cleared. B.T.W Every processor has been accused of scamming, even biggest ones. e.g.PayPal
