Thank you all for your feedback. It appears that the main concerns are related to the speed in which we respond to tickets related to verification requests. It also appears that many members voluntarily submit documents to become verified. Please note that unless you have a Business account (and thus have a registered business in your state/province or country in which you live), it's not necessary to become verified unless you would like to send/receive/deposit or withdraw more than $999 USD (or equivalent) per transaction, or up to $4999 USD (or equivalent) in multiple transactions. I'd like to let you know that we're in the process of changing the ways to become verified so that they're more automated. This will hopefully improve our response times. As for the suggestion of outsourcing customer support, this is something we've also considered and decided that the time and cost to implement this will be too great at the current moment. Now, to speed up the response times on tickets and verification requests, we're currently in the process of recruiting, hiring, training and supporting new staff members. Hopefully we should see a measurable increase in response times in around 2-3 weeks. Please remember that our goal is to provide you with quality, efficient customer support and that requires the appropriate training and education. We expect to be able to respond to the average request to become verified within 10 business days of the submission.
what about the withdrawal of money ? currently i have only check option is there any thing/upadates like direct bank withdraw like paypal ?
