    Hello friends,

I submitted ticket around 5 days back but it is yet not answered. Just called them and auto machine said I'm 14th caller in line and need to wait 40 minutes or 14 dont know what it said... but I waited for 30 minutes on call to talk with a officer... then it took me to a officer she helped me then she kept me on hold for getting some information total call time was 45 minutes.

I wasted 220 INR to call them :(

    Its around 5USD :((

I dint liked there customer support.

Last time tickets were answered quickly but this time it is taking alot time it is yet not answered.

You should still be happy that you got answer after 45 minutes. With PayPal you will never get help by phone nor by email.

I am wondering why PP is still very popular with this kind of support?

MoneyBookers is not a merchant gateway actually, it is a ID piracy system and I don't know why people trust MoneyBookers? I even noticed that MoneyBookers has their IPN system stolen from E-Gold! When they steal from other websites, why do you expect that they don't steal from you account?

AlertPay support is kind of random nowadays. If you're lucky you can get your problem solved in a few days if not you can wait months...

I had a problem once, had to post lots of threads to different forums in order to get an answer from them. After about 50-60 days i finally got my account unblocked.

I think that if you are a honest guy doing only honest work online no payment processor can harm you at all.

Of course, there are scam payment processors but if you do a little due diligence you can avoid those and stick only with the good ones.

I've been using AlertPay for over 2 years and the only problems i had were related to the Support Dept. They're sooo SLOW in answering and taking action. I wonder why the heck they don't hire more support guys... we do pay a lot of fees and taxes to get fast and reliable support, don't we?

AlertPay support is kinda bad, however, if you have any type of problem you can always email chris [at] alertpay dot com in order to reach the manager of the support department.

    well Dear Listen

i have dealed with alertpay customer support

and they are very very professional, when paypal let me down they were always there

but now after Dealing with both of them,,,Alert Pay is better, but both are Good.

Look bro a Good advice you and anyone outside the USA/CANDA Wanna deal with paypal and any Online bank

    account with not wasting time.

Buy Skype, Monthly USA/CANDA Coast around $3

and you will hve 24/7 Phone Accesses You Can Call them anytime and waste hours with No Worries.

But Trust me, They do Good support, and send Once and Twice after 3 days with no answer.

If you need More Help, can call them for you and check the issue and i am sure it will be solved

But it always takes more than 10 days, a friend waited 26 days to have his account verified then he got bored and emailed them. His account is still unverified, 3 days after sending the helpdesk ticket ;)

Got an actual merchant account with a B&M bank. Never had an issue. Costs a bit more but when I have an issue, it's one phone call and it gets resolved or dealt with.

They even send me a xmas card every year. :)
