Alertpay customer service

    I had a problem on Friday with a credit card payment not going through due to a technical problem with Alertpay's site. The problem is, my credit card listed it as 'pending' even though it isn't. I put in a support ticket on Saturday morning and have yet to hear anything back. I know this is a 3 day weekend, but I was wondering how long they usually take to respond to tickets? :)

    They responded to my ticket today(on a public holiday, no less) and all is well :)
