    I just registered in alertpay.com,

    before registering I saw in "help section" that anyone can deposite and withdraw monet through VisaCard and e-gold in alertpay but after registeration I saw no choice for those options,

    what is the problem? :confused:

    They have been changing options alot in last couple of month.
    Might you need to send them an email and ask about that.

    What country you are from? Look around if all countries are allowed to do deposit/withdraw.

    Withdrawal via e-gold is no longer being offered by alertpay but not being able to withdraw via visa card is new to me.
