Alertpay business account fees

    Hello friends,
    Me and my friend have started own site. for that I have upgraded his account to business account. today he transferred 1$ to my account but alertpay charge 60% on that transaction. and I receive only 0.4$:confused:.
    Please can enyone explain me how much they charge for big amount.
    I am from india and business account fees if 2.50 % + रु 12.00 INR.
