Alertpay - Bank Adding help required - Please help me out

    Hello friends,


    I'm trying to do bank wire transfer to my ICICI bank. If any Indian know about it then please help me out. This are the details they are asking for.

    Some of items required to enter I know but here are some which I dont know please help me out.

    Bank Code:
    Bank Phone Number:
    Bank Contact Name:

    Which phont number and contact name I should provide?

    They say they need phone number and contact number of a person to contact if they need any help.

    Help me out guys.

    I called ICICI bank and they said sorry sir we dont have any phone number or contact name where they can contact :O for such things. I think I should enter customer care number in that place.

    Alertpay support is not that good I think. I submitted a ticket 3 days back but still none answered to it :(

    Did you withdrawn funds from alertpay account? or I should ask do you have alertpay account first?
