    Hello,

I recently made an Alert Pay account. A buyer requested it so he/she can pay me for the ebook. I sent him/her the ebook after he paid me a few weeks ago. Now he filed a complaint and the money he sent in my alert pay is frozen. Alert Pay sent me an email to contact the buyer in his email or else in 5 business days it will be reverse. I have sent the buyer an email and PM here in DP asking why he filed a complaint because I have sent him the ebook. He is not responding. What else can I do for this? This is not like Paypal where you can defend yourself as a seller. Please help. :(

I guess you have to reply to the "Contact Request email" and tell them the buyer isn't replying to your emails.

I have manage to contact the user but he doesn't want to drop the dispute. I'm telling him that it's not cool to freeze someone's alert pay account when he already received the product. I have already contacted the alert pay and sent all the proofs. I wonder if they will unfreeze the alert pay funds. I just made an alert pay so he could buy and now he does this. I even gave him a discount. The only option alert pay gave me was to contact the seller. I feel like this is unfair for the sellers unlike paypal where you can communicate through paypal. If don't get that money I will never used alert pay again.
