    This is a site about alcohol rehab

    Domain is over 2 years old.

    Site gets some traffic for the main keyword but get more visitors from long tail searches. Given its niche it has a very high CPC. The site has made $275.93 since I set it up in mid 2007. The last few months revenue is as follows:

    Sep 09: $9.59
    Aug 09: $6.08
    Jul 09: $15.10 (An $11 click this month)
    Jun 09: $3.84
    May 09: $6.73
    Apr 09: $9.36

    Starting Bid: $80
    Increments of $5 please

    BIN is set at 110

    Thanks for clarifying the domain name - I placed my bin offer on the basis that the domain is AlcoholRehab.com which is what was stated in the thread and thread subject. I am therefore withdrawing my bid.

    Hmm.. I didn't post anywhere that the domain is alcoholrehab.com. I stated that the site is about alcohol rehab.

    The site does bring in a lot of revenue. In fact it has brought in $276 since I setup the site in mid 2007.

    With a starting bid of $80, this represents less than 10 times the average monthly revenue over the last 6 months.

    This site is perfect for those looking for a cash producing website.
