Alas, poor MSNbot! I knew him, Horatio

    The MSN Bot has crawled my main website just about every day the past year ... until May 15th.

    On May 15th the bot didn't return, and it has not returned since (as of May 30th).

    Has anyone else experienced a similar fate recently?

    I wondering if this coincides with some update that MSN unleashed.

    Check if your robot.txt is not restricting msnbot after 15th.

    Makes sense.. haven't looked into my logs but I haven't gotten a single page into the index for about two weeks now. MSN usualy takes a week at the most. My guess is something to do with the new algorithm.
