i've registered this domain few days ago... i've seen that there are around 120,000 google searches for keywords "akon mp3". i know it's not legal to make a mp3 download website... but i could make a short description, videos from youtube, photos and my favorite: Google Ads anyway... how much do you think it will worth in the future?
