you can't predict value of name if you plan to develope it... it will depend how well you develope the name
There are alot of ajax sites. Your value will come from having a different focus from the rest or being better. A hard call on both counts.

I think the name has the potential to demand high prices. If you are developing it then make it something different from other ajax sites. This certainly has the potential. I would say $xxx for it without development. And with development I think it can get more depending on the development.
