AJAX Website Evaluator w/ Traffic and Aged Domain!

I've developed this website a few years ago (just over a year ago, tbh) and I haven't worked on it since, but I am ready to just sell it as I've lost motivation the project.

The domain is 2 years old, never been dropped and registered at Name.com (has about 7 months reg left).

It's evaluated about 151 domains, and it receives 100% traffic from SERPS. It receives a steady 300-400 uniques + 1,000-7,000 hits per month without any advertising, and it's growing well.

Though it does need a little bit of boost, it has a lot of capability to determine a websites valuation (and it's not inflated at all).. from what I've seen it's highly accurate compared to others so it will be recognised and given attention to.

Also, what else I've seen is that people use it to get their website indexed by Google fast. Google bots visit our sites once every few days, and if they submit their site to our engine it's indexing their site too. Pretty useful tool too.

I see good potential in this site, but I just don't feel it's something I can keep hold onto. I've not bought it, and I started it all myself (and customly coded script); Pretty secure and simple to use.

I like to make it look like ASP in the address, makes it look unique because ASP is a professionally coded language. You're free to change mod_rewrite links to your own.

Interesting, what does the "Statistics" page do?

 

It's not done yet, and I never got around to do it. I was intending to put on it things like "most searched sites", "popular keywords", "popular sources" (reciprocal purposes) and some other things to keep the SERPs indexing more for the site (thus, more high ranked keywords).

 

is the script and site unique? is it custom

 

I've previously mentioned that the script is custom, and can't be found elsewhere. The rights to the script is included, and I will sign some sort of agreement to bind my removal of rights for the script.
