AJAX Powered Cheat Code site, ~2k pages indexed in Google, $200 BIN - hand coded

I am looking to sell one of my cheat code sites, b*q*u*a*l.*c*o*m (obviously without the stars. I've got a bunch of sites I've not had time to work on and I need some cash, so here we are.

The site runs a cheats database from DigitalPoint, containing 9265 games, some with many cheats. The software was hand coded by myself in CakePHP, and uses a MySQL database. phpMyAdmin is the only admin.

The coolest feature of the site is the AJAX powered cheat search - type a few letters into the search box and it will populate with game names, then load them below.

Also, the URLs are semantic for SEO purposes, and all pages are linked. The software also maintains its own site map and different metas for each page. Google is indexing 1950 urls at the time of this posting.

This month its seen 200+ uniques, up from 167 in Dec and 121 in Nov. 70-75% of the sites traffic comes from Google, but the site receives some search traffic from Live and MSN as well. I'll be happy to screenshot Awstats if anyone would like to see.

Domain has been regged since May 2003, I have owned it since May 2007 (purchased in TDNAM). Domain expires this May, free push to GoDaddy accounts.

It makes little money off AdSense, but would probably do better with better ad placement - thats up to you. Assume no revenue for simplicity.

I'll run this auction for a week, until Sunday Jan 3 at 11PM. I'm looking for a modest reserve, but if I don't get it I will not sell.

No incoming paid links. It has some legacy links from what the site used to be, that are not topically related. Any others are natural.

The code is not obfuscated at all, you would have no trouble modifying it. If you haven't messed with CakePHP before I would highly recommend it. Thanks for your bid.

Cool site. What are the rights the buyer gets to the script though? I noticed you sold a similar cheat site in the past. Will you be making any other copies?

Good question. I sold Fast**Cheat***Code dotcom on DP a while ago, but the buyer didn't ever come through so I still own it. That site is still online, running an earlier iteration of the script which has not been as successful in getting indexed by Google.

I may eventually put a similar site online for myself again, but I doubt it. The value here is how well indexed the pages are in Google, and that takes a good bit of time to build up. I may sell other cheat sites in the future, but I can't imagine that happening for at least six months, if ever.

You may use the software on the site how you like, but I would ask that you do not sell the software (sell the site again if you want, obviously).

If you want to clone it onto another site you own though, feel free, but please don't clone it and then sell the cloned site. If you or whoever wins this auction wants resell rights for the software, I'm sure we can work something out.

I'm not going to post the adsense stats, due to google's tos. There's basically no revenue from adsense currently, as I stated originally, so there's not really any point. If its a big thing for you though, I will PM them.
