ajax and adsense

i have a site idea in mind, and i would like to ask for compliance before implementing it.

let's say i have a very dynamic site using ajax technology. that means, content is fetched almost realtime without the visitor refreshing the page. the question is, if i refresh adsense in a similar manner, ONLY when the content is fetched, does it comply with adsense terms? it will be no different from regular refreshing, just the visitor experience will be enhanced.

    what do you think?

I would email Google about it. I am not really familiar with this technology but it may effect the ability for Google to serve relevant ads:confused:. Which may effect earnings!

    thank you.
of course i will email google, but before asking them, i thought asking here would be better, since there is a possibility that the answer is common sense, and my sense is not that common maybe :)

    the dilemma is:
if i code the site without using ajax, visitors will have to refresh the page regularly, or the site will refresh automatically. both of them are equally annoying. so, to prevent this, i implement ajax, but with the cost of never-refreshing adsense ads. it is not fair. something i do to enhance visitor experience shouldn't lower my revenue.
