Airtel Broadband Review

    I currently have MTNL broadband but the services of MTNL is really bad and speed is slow.

    How is the Uptime, Connectivity and Speed of Airtel Broadband as I am looking to buy it.

    I shifted from MTNL to Airtel almost 4 years ago and have never had a problem more than once or twice. Even then it was fixed within an hour max.(That's how good service they give you)

    Their cost may be a bit high but their services, uptime, connectivity, speed is all great. I highly recommend Airtel if it is available in your area.

    Airtel broadband is very good in speed also.
    Many people use it due to best customer service provided.

    When you compare the MTNL with any of the private ISPs, the govt. owned ISPs (MTNL, BSNL) will be always cheaper but the service as well as the customer care will be mostly poor. If you are ready to pay a little higher than what you are paying now for a better customer care, then you can very well switch over.
