Selling Aion Fan Site

I am selling my established Aion Fan Site.

I have not monitized it in any way and the new owner is more than welcome to monitize it with Adsense or Banner Advertisements, but as an established fan site you cannot advertise other games or the title as a Fan Site will be removed from you.

By using adsense it will display ads in relation to other games, but as the owner/author of the site you cannot endorse other games, unless you have sub-categories and it does not display on the main page.

These are the terms and conditions from the official game to remain an official fan site.

Presently the site is listed on the official game site and I get between 3 and 6 subscribers these days and have never actively promoted it in any way leaving it open for the new owner.

You can sell links on the site to point to other sites or use Adsense as stated before. It's up to you.

The site is relatively easy to maintain and all you need to do is grab youtube videos that relate to AION and post it on the site. I use a free wordpress plugin called 'Wordpress Video Plugin.'

Add some content and the actual ranking of the site will improve. The current rank has been achieved with no promotion or paid traffic of any kind.

If you do a search in Google for the term "Aion Online" without the quotation marks then you will see the site is listed at no.7

I have written one article for ezinearticles and it has one site linking to it already.

Age: It's almost one year old.

On the site itself you also have access to 2 PDF ebooks I created in relation to the History of AION. Someone with insight can use these to promote to other ebook directories to build backlinks to the website.

It's a free push through godaddy and I am open to bids. However this will only last 24 hours and after that I am not selling if it doesn't sell.

If you take the site at BIN price then you get free access to Elegant Themes, otherwise the new owner has to agree to either purchase a membership himself or change the site theme to something else if the bid falls below BIN price.
