I would sugges that if you are interested in selling, that you try to put the site on an auction. A good prize to start off would be around $600, depending on how you get the unique visitors referred to your site, if the income is consistent, etc.
All traffic is from search engines and affiliates. Revenue seems to be consistent and starting to go up a little.
