I really hope that those managers will be send on a long long vacation. They had to be rescued by the US govt using tax payers money. Those money spend on the luxury spas are the money paid by the average tax payers most of whom will never see such luxury. I don't think it is a crime but I sure feel it is immoral to the extreme.
It's corruption like this that is partly destroying our economy. The big boys are so tied up into the governments pocket, that it is hard to get rid of them without risking losing their "contributions".

I am still puzzled at this too. AIG is one of the countries top insurance and financial institutions. I see their commercials spammed all over the TV all day long, so I am curious as too why they need bailout money when they can afford so much commercial time?
