I recieved my check today from adsense..

It didn't really look like to important of a letter so i didnt take special care of it..

When i opened it up it was my check.. now there is a tear in it!

Will the bank still accept this!?!?

    Thank you for your help

I think you need to request a new check. Geez isn't there a Google logo in the envelope ??

I dont think your bank will accept such instrument. You should ask google to cancel the check and issue new one in next payment. It shouldn't cost you anything if you are using standard delivery.

P.s. This thread belongs to Adsense section :)

I was surprised there wasn't a google logo.. it was a plain envelope with my name on it..

    Seemed like junk mail..

Ill take a picture with my terrible webcam to show the rip..

    How big is the rip?

    Is it huge or minor?

    Always check man . . . always check ;)

I ripped mine nearly in half once on accident taking it out and the bank didn't have a problem taking it.

Pic isn't loading.. Also giving a 404 error if I open it in browser. You should upload it to imageshack.us because they allow hotlinking or you can also upload it at DigitalPoint..

it is quite simple...just go to the bank and ASK!!! God knows if your bank take it or not..

For most bank, as long as they can read the number at the bottom of the check, will take the check

YOu don't need to confirm anything with google. Google isn't going to tell you if your bank will take it or not. Just take it to the bank. If they don't accept it (highly unlikely), then ask google for a new one.

    Lol @ YOU.

There's no harm in going to the bank and checking if they'll accept it.
