Holy crap is this guy out of his mind? I make him a offer on Sedo for his domain politics360.com and he counter offers it with that. thats almost 100k USD.

Is he insane or what? I've noticed that whole trend at SEDO period, every domain parked there, people want 800 gazillion dollars for them.

It's usually worth upping the bid if you're the seller though, just to see if you can get away with it. Personally I have all my domains at set prices because that makes life easier (I'd rather shift them for a smaller amount than have them sitting around doing nothing), although if someone is going to ask $X as a minimum you'd think they'd use the automated Sedo tools for rejecting any bids that are too low.

You could say they are sedo-masochists.

    Or not.

make him a counter offer with $10 increase on your original bid - i bet he will come down by 1k each time you make a counter offer... thats the way it works at SEDO :D
