Ahh Payday :)

    Yep today was payday for me and im kinda shocked. Biggest Paycheck ive gotten in my Life, ($1,328.17) i get paid every 2 weeks. Not bad for an 18 year old straight outta high school:)

    I just got my paycheck.... $1100 for two weeks of work... AND I JUST GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE arghhhhh. oh well, it's just an internship. what kind of job do you do?

    yeh im an intern to. I "work" in the it department for a trucking company. Basically its to prepare me for college to see if i want to get into a career as a programmer. Right now im just doing documentation of the software that they created. I got about 120 pages done so far. Its not the most exciting job but soon ill be doing beta testing and finally learning the code. Ohh and i work outta my house which is a big + :)

    I just watched a movie called "A Dirty Rotten Shame" or something similar, and payday had a *whole* different meaning ;) Least your not talking about upper deckers. :eek:

    Congrats. Not bad for right out of high school......And I think its a good thing to try something out before you spend a lot of $$, and 4 years of your life to get a degree in something that you might not even want to do. Programming can be very boring and repetitive!!
