Ah.. Please! PHP path directory.

I want to change the original path to my photobucket.com , which will help me to save bandwidth. I am no expert with PHP thing, just the basics. How do I change the path to my photobucket? I tried but it didn't work.

I install my things manually but since I have school, I have no more time to update that much, that's why I really wanna know how to do this thing, so it will install automatically itself.
