AgoraVox re-publish my blog post as it is..good or bad?

I had a chat with the guys at AgoraVox.com and agreed with them to use my articles to be posted on their site.

For example, a post on my blog at http://www.cravingtech.com/finally-google-chrome-extensions.html got republished in http://www.agoravox.com/news/media/article/finally-google-chrome-extensions-11095

Now as you can see, the article is like a copy paste (duplicate) of my exact same post. It also doesn't seem to have a dofollow backlink to my original article.

My question is: should I keep this "agreement" or should I just scrap it and tell them not to grab my articles anymore?

Do you think it will benefit my blog or it'll actually hurt it for duplicate contents and stuffs?

Results from AgoraVox seems to rank better on the Google SERP compared to my blog though. But without any backlink, is it worth it?

Put links in the submitted articles that refer to other articles on your site. Something like "previously I have mentioned such and such" or "you might also be interested in this and that". It's only worth your while if there is a link.
