Aggregate data / channel data

I know the stats are not real time, but this is the stats for yesterday so it should be updated already and it makes no sense to me.

    Aggregate data: about 2000 impressions
    Channel data: about 4200 impressions

The number of clicks and the earnings are the same, but why is it showing up like that and which type of data is more accurate?

I only have one site running adsense, and I have a custom channel setup for that site. Anyone know what's going on?

Be patient, the stats go haywire sometimes. But in the end, all that matters is that you receive your check.

Sometimes it may takes hours or even a day or two for stats to be updated correctly.

This is because your URL channels and custom channels overlap. I would not bother with looking at combined channel stats because of those overlaps. Channel stats are only useful if you want to drill down to a single channel you are interested in at the moment.

Yeah what he said. If you have url channels, you need to omit them from your channel listing, or just know to ignore them and the total number.

I just bring up the channel view to see what individual channels do, so I don't even look at the double.

I do have URL channels but they are inactive. Does this mean the aggregate data is more accurate?
