Agentdirectory.net Real Estate Directory

Hello, got a nice site for sale here. The url is www.agentdirectory.net. I bought it about a month ago but I really don't have the time to mess with it. I pushed it for about 2 days and I sold one listing for $300. One thing that would be smart would be to email all of the agents still listed in the directory to renew their memberships or email agents that are listed in similar directories. I signed up for TLA and sold a few links but I haven't added them to the site yet. If someone had the time they could probably list about 10 pages in TLA and sell a few links on each which would generate 200-300 bucks/month hassle free.

I didn't install stat counter or g analytics so I'm really not for sure on visits for you adsense dudes. However, I know it ranks pretty well in google for some terms (top 30ish which could obviously be pushed up by purchasing a few good links).

I'm open to offers on this one so just check it out and pm me. I think someone with a bit of extra time, unlike myself, should be able to generate a 5-10 directy sales at $100/yr and sell some links to generate a few hundred a month for a total of $500-1000/mo. Also, keep the age and relevance of the domain in mind when making your offer.
