    I planned on developing this site but now I need to sell. This domain is a pagerank 3 and it has over 700+ backlinks according to the yahoo linkdomain:http://www.agentdirectory.net search. I paid good money for this domain so please don't post any offers below $500. BIN is $2000.

    Also, you must open a godaddy account if you don't have one because it can't be transferred outside of godaddy for another 50 days or so.

    Potential for lots here by either flipping to another real estate agent directory or signing up real estate agents for $50-100/yr, I just don't have the time to put it all together.
