    I'm looking to buy sites that have have been around for at least 2 or 3 years that rank in Google for keywords with search volume. Anywhere from page 1 to 3 is good enough. EMDs are preferable but not necessary.

    I don't purchase autoblogs, pharma or adult sites. Site must also not be banned from adsense.
