Buying Aged site Adsense site with Revenue

I want to buy Aged (more than 6 month) Wordpress blogwith adsense Revenue. My budget is below $500, so I prefer low earning adsense site. If you provide legit proof of site traffic and earning, I can pay satisfactory price, about 8-12 earning from your monthly earning.

Here is my specific requirements:
- Wordpress CMS
- Aged, at least more than 6 month live
- Traffic at least 10 UV a day
- Unique Content is a must. At least the content must be hand rewritten if it's not original.
- Your site is open to development (It means: don't offer too spesific niche or out of date content, If your site only talks about windows98 or rabbit with blue tails, I don't want to buy it)
- Blog with PageRank will be preferred
- Good designed blog will be a plus point

This is the Site I DON'T WANT to buy:
- New site made only for flipping purpose
- Autoblog
- Adult
- Casino/Gambling
- Out of date and too specific niche
- Site that doesn't comply with Adsense TOS
