    Moldreporter.org is a PR5 site that has a ton of content and gets more than 3000 page views a month. It just isn't monetized properly and I s*ck that so I am going to sell the site. There are many high paying keywords in that niche and in the right hands it should be very profitable. I am making some money with adsense but if you look at the site you can see that there is a lot more that can be done with it. $550 and it is yours
