    I am getting ready to sell a few of my sites to work on other projects.

    Selling: www.Student-Rentals.com

    Great domain name, older domain. 100% unique content. It is on the first page of google for lots of search terms like:

    Apartments for college students

    college rentals

    finding a college roommate

    student rentals

    college student rentals

    And more. All traffic is natural. I had planned on adding some kind of way for landlords to add apartment listings, and students could search. The site has potential in the right hands. I really have not done much to promote it since I have owned it. I did add all the unqiue content. Right now the site makes some money from adsense and from the apartments.com affiliate program through CJ.

    How many CJ sales have you had in the last year? What about the adsense stats, don't the image stats and the total stats overlap making the total monthly earnings around $5?

    I haven't had the cj ads on there for that long. The adsense doesn't overlap, those are 2 channels that I had set up, one is an image ad, the other text ad. I was looking at ad placement to see which type of ad did better. So total revenue was almost $9/mo.
