Selling Aged Niche Video Site For Sale

I am selling a video site that was first created back in 2008 and has been solid ever since then and gets some organic search traffic from all the major search engines for its keyword variations (not mentioning them here to not screw up its SEO, but should be obvious from looking at the site).

Easy to run and has a backend to add videos, or it's easy to add through phpmyadmin as well. You can also see the view count for each video right on the front page.

Also includes a link trading function in the script, which is old, but still works.

In response to a few questions I had via PM that I'll answer here for everyone...

The site uses an old script that I bought back in 2008 that used to pull adult site feeds from sites that are no longer around, so the best option is to manually add new vids from Youtube using the admin backend. This insures you have unique content that makes Google happy, which is why the site still gets organic traffic from all the major search engines, while autofeed sites are dying.

The ads are also easily changed using the backend.

I will install the site on your own server free at BIN or $10 above bid, whichever is LESS. Otherwise, I will zip the site and database and you can install it yourself anywhere you like.

Domain is 7 years old and regged at Godaddy.
