    Health issues causes sale of my favorite website with content.

    Solid PR 4 pages. Others are solid PR3. The info above is inaccurate in the automated system.
    Most importantly, it is well established with search engines, with thousands of backlinks. The number posted automatically above in the DP auto-check is not even close to being accurate.

    Have not monetized it well in the last couple of years, but it has generated almost $3,000 in Adsense revenue since 2005 when it has been utilized.
    Just added banners again recently, so no solid data available at this time.
    Has never been banned and remains in good standing.

    Registered with GODADDY.
    Will push entire site with content and database to SERIOUS buyers only.

    Forums include 59516 Posts by 3181 Members.
    The database will be transferred after notifying the members of pending sale.

    I am basing the BIN on the age of the domain and Page Rankings.
    The majority of income produced has been from paid text links, to a point (to avoid penalty).
    Those can all be washed clear and started from scratch by the new owner.
    Quite a few were charged $50 per month.

    Search traffic on the archived forums is tremendous.
    That alone is a golden marketing tool.

    I was going to keep this and try to develop it further, but a recent health issue and medical bills have caused me to offer it at a fire-sale price.
    The domain and database have been lowered to a BIN of $200.
