    Up for sale is my content website about fence building. Bit off more than I can chew at once, made too many DIY sites and don't have the means to promote all of them.
    • All unique content, 500 words of content written by U.S content writer per page
    • Each page is carefully built around specific keywords on Google Keyword Tool
    • Site's been indexed in Google for 5 months
    • Custom theme that gets 2-5% CTR on my other websites
    • Build around a Clinkbank product Ted's Woodworking which gives average of $50 per sale. You can check out how I implemented the Clickbank ads on my other DIY website here. I've had sales ranging from $40-114 on that site, with high conversion percentages.
    Everything is ready to go, all you have to do is change your Adsense codes and start promoting it.
