    I am selling domain with exact match - mini dvd players - http://minidvdplayers.org.
    Domain has PR2.
    Site was created cca 2 years ago, site was populated with unique content (6 posts).

    After that I paid for some linkbuilding - article marketing mostly.

    If you would like to create similiar site, your cost would be like this:
    - aged domain with PR2: 10-20 usd
    - unique content: 30 usd
    - linkbuilding: 50 usd
    - cost of creating similiar website would be around 100usd, I am selling it for less than 1/2 - looking for quick sale.

    Domain expiration:
    2013-04-25 (I am not using godaddy, but local registrar, so there will be need to do transfer - buyer will pay for transfer one year registration fee but it will move expiration date)

    Revenue:
    - in sum cca 10 usd (amazon + adsense).

    Traffic:
    - just few visits per month

    Tips:
    - just add or pay someone for new content
    - update old content
    - do some linkbuilding

    Reason for selling:
    - need to focus on bigger websites
