    Howdy Ya'll.

    I'm looking for the following in a domain:

    MUST HAVE A YAHOO DIRECTORY LISTING
    MUST HAVE A DMOZ DIRECTORY LISTING
    Preference given if domain also has a listing on business.com and/or botw.org
    Aged at LEAST 3-5 years (the older the better)
    Currently Indexed in Google, using "site:domain.com" search string
    Validates Correctly in Google, using "info:domain.com" search string
    A Page Rank of at LEAST 1 (the higher the better)

    The shorter the domain name, the better.
    If your site is in the finance/loans niche - even better.

    Willing to pay a fair price.
