Selling Aged Domain - High $$$$ Forex/Invesment/Trading Niche - Organic Traffic, PR1, SERP #1

I'm selling a domain I used for an internet business I ran a year ago. Its in the Trading / Forex / Stock Market niche. The site gets organic traffic, is listed in numerous directories like DMOZ, and has SERP #1 for "Synergy Trading", which is a popular trading method that still generates 1000 unique searches a month according to Google AdWords Keyword tool.

95% of the "Flipped" sites on here won't convert any $$$. At the very least they will take months to drive traffic, let alone TARGETED TRAFFIC. Buyer will be given login and rights to the Free Videos and YouTube account associated with the site. These videos are what people get excited about and what separates this site from everyone else. Because people looking for trading advice see the videos and know a REAL trader made them - not some IM scam boy.

I haven't touched the site in about a year, promoted at all, and yet the site still pulls in roughly 500 unique TARGETED visitors a month. Keep in mind that the visitors are coming to this website WITH THE INTENTION OF BUYING ALREADY. These visitors aren't looking for info - they are looking to pay money for a method. This kind of traffic is what drives high conversion rates. I recently converted the site to a squeeze page and its been converting very well. This would be a VERY simple site to build a list with and start pitching clickbank products with (I've already started the process for you). The other option would be to put a wordpress blog on it and start monetizing with adsense. I did do this for the period of about 2 weeks and was getting 20% CTR's on the traffic. Again, its a high CPC niche so with some simple promotion I think you could be pulling in 300/mo on adsense easily.

Traffic is 70% YouTube, 25% Google Organic, 5% DMOZ, other directories.

This site is aged, has good quality backlinks already, and is already ranking at the top of google. Why buy some new autoblog with no traffic for 500.00 when you can get this site thats already performing and setup to make you money?

The site says that the subscriber gets 9 free strategies. How does one buy something from your site? Or will do you start sending sale marking e-mails after subscription?

 

In its current form the buying would be from pitching products to the newsletter subscribers who sign up to get the free 9 strategies. Right now the site is on track to convert about 60/subs a month without any promotion.

Everything is run on an autoresponder so all you need to do is setup the campaign and establish a good report with your group providing them good free content at least 7 times before you start pitching a product (this is kind of the magic number to gain trust with your list that boost conversion rates).

 

Website has been converting about 20% of the traffic into list subscribers. Other than the initial autoresponder, no messages have been sent so the new owner will have a blank slate to work with.

You could either keep the site as is - or convert it to an forex autoblog or forex review site for clickbank products, or a wordpress blog with adsense. I have plugin's and templates i'll include for the new owner that are designed to either convert into a newsletter or click on an add to get off the site. Can be used to get very high CTR rates and conversions.
