    As i've mentioned above, im looking for domain which has these criterias:

    -Age should more than 1 year
    -Yahoo Backlinks > 5000 (Backlinks should not from illegal sites)
    -Registered on Godaddy / Name.Com
    -Price no more than $40
    -Not Banned in Google Search
    -No matter how many PR it has
